BIO (Biographers International Organization) Fourth Annual Conference will be held in New York City this year. I will be moderating a panel on social networking. New biographers, students, and those interested in the field are encouraged to attend the May 18th event.

The newly restored version of All Quiet on the Western Front will screen at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago as a part of their 100 Years of Universal Celebration. As biographer of the film's star Lew Ayres, I will lead a discussion after the 6:30 pm screening on Monday July 16th.
